Q: What is the shipping method and time?

A: We can ship to your country by international express, air, and sea. By express: 7-15 days, by air: 20-30 days, by sea: 45-90 days. And we can also send to customer’s logistic company in China.

Q: How to become a distributor?

A: Please send your business information(company information, sales channel, monthly order volumn, etc)  to our sales representative. We will evaluate and then start the trial order and sign distribution agreement. For details, please send inquiry to our sales represative.

Q: How to get a sample?

A. Sample should be prepaid before shipping. We will send the sample in 1-2 days after payment from China.

Q: What is the leadtime?

A: 1-2 days for sample. One month for OEM order or depends on final order requirement.

Q: How long is the warranty time for your products?

A: Our officially promised warranty based on quality time is 1 year after delivery at best.
